Ganesha Chaturthi is the Hindu festival celebrated in honor for the god Ganesha, who has an elephant-head. The festival, also called Vinayaka Chaturthi, is seen in the Hindu calendar month of Bhaadrapada, starting on the shukla chaturthi. The date usually falls between August and September. The festival usually last for 10 days, finishing on Anant Chaturdashi.
Festive season has started and Bollywood appears in no mood to sit back regarding the matter of observing Ganesh Chaturthi, one of the most celebrated festivals in Mumbai.
Hrithik Roshan was also spotted with his father Rakesh Roshan, kids Hrehaan and Hridhaan, sister Sunaina and mother Pinky Roshan for Ganpati Visarjan. The family took the idol of Ganpati in the midst of dhols and dance. Veteran actor and filmmaker Rakesh Roshan was seen conveying the idol towards the car, while Hrithik left with the family in his car.
